The region
Panayia is a beautiful and hospitable village in the Paphos region. It stands 880m above sea level within the evergreen Paphos forest. Panayia is near Akamas that is an unspoilt heaven for wildlife, flora and fauna. The village is known for its unique wildlife, among which, the Mouflon is protected by Cyprus and International laws as an endangered species.

Archontiko tou Meletiou - Meletios' mansion (Archontiko tou Meletiou), next to Makarios III Museum (first president of Cyprus) in the beautiful village of Panayia, is a complex of buildings only recently renovated for the Agrotourism programme. All apartments command a view of the large stone-paved courtyard with its traditional earthenware jars.

PalatitouXilari - In the heart of Panayia village lies a magnificent, stone built complex, the Palati (Palace) of Xylari, consisting of four apartments, one of which is a miniature of a Mycenean palace built some 250 years ago, using stone from the mountains of Panayia.

Vasilias Nikoklis Inn - Just outside Nikokleia village is a small hotel belonging to Constantinou family, the Vasilias Nikoklis Inn, a restored stone built house with traditional fittings, yard, courtyard, swimming pool, a tavern and bar. Vasilias Nikoklis Inn has a long history going back to the old times when it functioned as an inn for Pafos-bound travellers and merchants.
Agrotikon - Just outside Kallepeia village is the Agrotiko, a traditional stone built complex consisting of 3 two-bedroom apartments and 2 one-bedroom apartments. The Agrotiko is a typical prototype of a traditional Cypriot house with a large yard, swimming pool, stone built oven and traditional fittings, yet offering all modern comforts, ideal for families and large groups.
VouniPanayiaWinery - The old saying ‘Knowledge is Power’ fits perfectly on the broad shoulders of Andreas Kyriakides, for here is a man who learnt every nuance, with regard to the art of wine making, all gained whilst working as a wine analyst within the government oinological department in Limassol. Over the 15 years of employment within the department, he was able to study carefully, learn from others, and eventually put into practice this wealth of knowledge when he opened his own winery in 1987. This winery is now one of the country's success stories, with over half a million bottles being produced annually.
